Remote Assistance Security Tips
1. Download the TeamViewer support module by clicking on the button above.
2. Run the downloaded file by clicking on it.
3. Provide the displayed ID and password to the Support Agent for assistance.
4. Do not leave your computer unattended during a remote assistance session.
4. Terminate the session once the Support Agent has finished helping you.
*(Please note that TeamViewer changes your password automatically everytime you start it for your security. That means if you have not given someone your ID and password they cannot access your computer even if you have granted them access before).
