Fees for Subpoena Compliance

Payment must be made to Angel & Walt Hosting by the person or entity submitting the civil subpoena, for costs associated with subpoena compliance prior to the delivery of the subpoenaed information.

Angel & Walt Hosting’s subpoena compliance costs are as follows:

• Research – $100.00/hour
• DHL – Cost as Billed
• Copies – $1/page
• Compact Disc – $20.00/per CD
• Bank Wire Transfer Fees – Court Research Costs

Any applicable taxes are due in addition to the above fees.
